The WXZJ-G Series Hexavalent Chromium Online Analyzer is used for online automatic continuous analysis and detection of hexavalent chromium in industrial wastewater, surface water, drinking water, seawater, and industrial process control.

Features of the WXZJ-G Series Hexavalent Chromium Online Analyzer:

★ Unique design, making this product have lower failure rate, lower maintenance, lower reagent consumption, and higher cost performance compared to similar products.

★ Optical components: Dual-beam system, rarely used in domestic online monitoring instruments, ensures detection is unaffected by various environmental factors. Automatic correction of system errors improves measurement accuracy, stability, and repeatability.

★ Selection valve components: Use original imported components from the United States, Japan, or Germany. Mainstream international fluid components with smaller dead volume and simpler operation.

★ Metering components: Precise reagent metering through a visual photoelectric system overcomes quantitative errors caused by peristaltic pump tube wear. Simultaneously achieves precise micro-reagent dosing, with each dose only 1-5 ml, significantly reducing reagent usage.

★ Sampling components: Negative pressure suction by peristaltic pump, with an air buffer always present between the reagent and the pump tube, avoiding corrosion of the pump tube.

★ Reagent tubing: Uses imported modified transparent PTFE soft tubing with an inner diameter greater than 1.5 mm, reducing the likelihood of clogging by water sample particles.

★ Signal processing: The instrument uses original imported high-precision analog-to-digital conversion chips, greatly enhancing the expandability of the core board, adapting to various usage environments, and making the instrument operation simpler and more user-friendly.

★ Temperature control: Utilizes imported temperature measurement components to form a precise temperature control system, employing temperature compensation technology to overcome temperature drift effects, ensuring sample reaction conditions better meet requirements.

4. The instrument measures water samples in online mode (i.e., automatic mode) and offline mode (i.e., manual mode). In offline mode, calibration tubes are used for measurement without removing the water sample tube from the sampling port or cup, making maintenance more convenient;

6. Data from online mode (i.e., automatic mode) and offline mode (i.e., manual mode) are stored independently. Offline mode data is not uploaded to the data acquisition instrument, avoiding impact on uploaded data during instrument maintenance.
